Unfortunately Inna called us shortly after we put a down payment on this lot to tell us the HOA said we couldn't build here because lot #21 had been slated for a Dunkirk. They didn't want two Dunkirks close together. Sooo she told us to look at the Ravenna model and my husband absolutely hated it. I didn't mind it too much except for the office area. I didn't like stepping into the house and straight ahead looking at the office and then going into the kitchen. The layout to me was kind of funky. (No offense to those with the Ravenna LOL). The SR there said the Verona was kinda of the same layout so we were disappointed and decided to look at that one another day. Inna also mentioned another lot further up the block #26 so we took a look at it. She said it was a nice size and that yes there would be neighbors behind you but we would be between two houses in the back and offset from the house directly across the street. So we said OK. But about 3-4 days later she said the HOA informed her that we could build the Dunkirk because we had a different elevation than the other house. But we decided to stick with #26 because we liked the location, size and squareness of the lot and we also figured it would be a better fit for us because my husband rides a Harley and it's closer to the front of the development. No riding all the way to the back of the property with loud pipes. So lot #26 it is.
