Update

Well it's now late October and things are moving along nicely. Since our last posting we have made a few changes, received our loan approval call and made our last earnest money payment so we are ready to get on with the building! Our award winning Ryan realtor Mrs. Inna was so surprised, she had us scheduled through early December for our earnest payments. But my wife and I, being the hard chargers that we are were able to knock it out in under a month. So as a reward for our diligence Inna has put in a request to move up our ground breaking and scheduled our Pre Construction Meeting with Zack our PM for early November. I'm really looking forward to watching our house come together, I never thought I'd be doing this. I had no interest at all in the whole house buying thing, I saw it as a big headache. Paying for something for twenty to thirty years, but I got married and had kids. My wife has always wanted a home of our own and I have developed a desire to get out of the city and to show my kids something different. I also want them to know that you can have anything you desire if you are willing to work for it! Me and the Misses have been having a lot of fun doing our preliminary interior decor planning. We have also been doing a lot of research on a variety of things concerning homes. Things like sump back up options, garage door opener types, insurance providers, different methods of establishing a lawn, patio installation and the list goes on and on and continues to grow by the day.We will keep you all up to date as new things develop.
